Electro Sur Este S.A.A. is an open limited company, concessionaire of electric power distribution, comprising within its concession area the regions of Cusco, Apurímac, Madre de Dios and the province of Sucre in the Ayacucho region.
ELECTRO SUR ESTE (ELSE), has equipment in 3 power substations in the department of Madre de Dios: San Gabán, Mazuko and Puerto Maldonado; which, because they operate at 138 kV, report through an ICCP link to the COES, thus complying with current regulations: “Technical Standard for the Exchange of Information in Real Time” – NTIITR.
Each substation had a data concentrator team, which reports to the SCADA System of Cusco and this in turn to the Operations Committee of the National Interconnected System – COES.
ELSE, to improve its availability in compliance with the NTIITR (TECHNICAL STANDARD FOR THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION IN REAL TIME) and for irreparable damage to the data concentrators of the SET’s Mazuko and Puerto Maldonado, carried out the definitive change of equipment.
