The purpose of the service was to ensure specialized technical support to support the correct development of the monitoring, supervision and remote control activities of the remote stations through the SCADA system deployed on the video wall of the Control Center, thus contributing to the permanent distribution of drinking water to the city of Lima and Callao.
The service had the following results:
– Compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 04 hours for the attention of incidents with 24/7 availability.
– Preventive maintenance: scheduled replacement of spare parts.
– Corrective maintenance: supply and replacement of ventilation component.
– Equipment diagnosis, screen calibration, configuration adjustments and system cleaning.
– During the term of the service, the operational continuity of the videowall system was ensured.
