We are providing the support and maintenance service to Luz del Sur’s videowall system, made up of a controller and 36 LCD panels in an arrangement of 6 columns by 6 rows, installed in its Control Center from where its critical processes are monitored and controlled in real time for the distribution of electricity to more than 800 thousand clients in the southeast of Lima.

The scope of the service includes:

– Remote or on-site support 24/7. 

– System hardware and software maintenance. 

– Diagnostics and incident care. 

– Replacement of parts and panels.
