We are currently providing the support and maintenance service to the ADMS SCADA / OMS / DMS solution of the Distriluz Group, which serves 97 installations between power substations (SEP) and generation substations, distributed in the four companies: HIDRANDINA, ELECTRONOROESTE, ELECTRONORTE and ELECTROCENTRO, in order to achieve the proper functioning and availability of the process of monitoring, operation and control of the Control and Operations Center of the companies. With this, we contribute to maintaining a quality service for the users of the electric energy distributed by the companies.

The scope of the service includes the following:

– Upgrades to the latest versions of SCADA software.

– Preventive maintenance of the entire hardware and software infrastructure that makes up the system.

– Technical support to attend to requirements (incidents) and inquiries.

– Support for new developments, configurations, registrations, etc.

– Training for users and system administrators.
