We carry out the support and maintenance service to the OSINERGMIN SCADA system to ensure its operation 24/7 and in this way help the Electricity Supervision Division in the fulfillment of its functions by supervising, monitoring the availability and operability of the units of generation and main transmission lines of the National Interconnected Electric System (SEIN).

 

The service provided was based on the following:

 

– Ensure the operability and correct functioning of the SCADA System 24 hours a day, every day of the year. 
– Permanent technical support. -Remote and on-site assistance. 
– Updating of the configuration of the SCADA database and integration of ICCP signals according to the bilateral table of COES. 
– Debugging of information in the SCADA database. -SCADA graphical interface update. 

– Preventive technical support in hardware and software for the evaluation, diagnosis and optimization of the performance of SCADA servers, databases and applications.
