We implemented an automation system in Macropolis, the most modern industrial city in Peru, providing drinking water and sewerage services to more than 150 industrial plants and warehouses of the main companies operating in the country. The hydraulic facilities considered in the project were equipped with field instrumentation, backup power supply equipment, control and automation equipment; as well as communications equipment that will allow them to operate, supervise their own installation and, in addition, process the information coming from other hydraulic installations belonging to their hydraulic scheme.

Stages:

– Instrumentation for field measurement: level and / or flow sensors.
– Rectification boards with equipment such as UPS and batteries and automation and control boards for local and real-time monitoring of the water supply in each station.
– Supply of telemetry boards with equipment such as radios. Also, antennas and towers for communication between stations.
