This project consisted of completely renovating the protection and control devices of the Huanzalá Mining Unit. Feeder protection relays, generation and alarm panels were renewed, as well as the inclusion of Arc Flash protection relays for the safety of the Santa Luisa facilities against electric arc faults.
Among the benefits for Santa Luisa are:

– Advanced communication thanks to the handling of DNP3, MODBUS and IEC61850 protocols.
– Easy integration to your SCADA, thanks to the AQWIRE software, capable of simulating integration tests of ARCTEQ relays.
